Celebrate the Freedom to Read with the library!
Over the years, books have been banned from schools, public libraries, and even countries because of their content. One person or a small group of people made the decision that a book was too explicit, too political, too sexual, or too filthy to be read by their population, and banned its presence.
Come to the library to see our display of this year's banned books, as well as a timeline of books banned over the last 30 years. You have the the right to choose what you want to read, celebrate that right with us!
Stop by the Library to see our display of memorabilia in honor of the 1963 graduating class and to browse through Morrisville history preserved in our collection of college yearbooks.
The Library will be open from noon until 6 pm.
